Visited @DHLsupplychain / Bluedart's Barmer, Rajasthan office on Feb 6, 2025, and found chaos—parcels piled high, packages scattered, and customers desperate for updates. My parcel, at the office since Feb 3, was nowhere in sight. Disappointing service. #CustomerServiceFail

The Flipkart delivery person didn't allow me to inspect the product before delivery. He refused to unload the product without first giving him the OTP. He said "OTP dedo nahi toh mei wapis le jaaunga". This is how Flipkart is operating nowadays

@flipkartsupport I have also raised a grievance with National Consumer Helpline too. I need @Flipkart and @nch1915 to know how the customers are being treated, no update and asked to wait over and over again. Delivery person not letting me to inspect the product. This needs to be investigated.
