Doggone. Les Shapiro passed away today in hospice. It was a joy working with Les at CBS4 many years ago. A true sports journalist. Broke tons of big stories. Demanding, but sensitive and great fun to be around. Lung cancer. Never smoked a day in his life. Enjoy every day, folks.
