@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @PMOIndia let me give you a hilarious update flight landed @3:55 am. Now we have been denied from luggage the staff here @ ccu is saying pilot or some staff denied luggage because of payment issue. We are waiting for around 1hr+

@GoogleIndia your silence confirms your rating system is either fake or paid. I will wait for a week to understand how this 69% 1* "one star "converts to 4.5 . If unable to I will write to appropriate authorities as this is a breach of trust.

NVM ,I have a serious allegation against you. Might be my understanding is wrong. But I think your Google rating is either fake or paid service. How can a company have 4.5 rating if 69% of the rating is 1* . This is breach of trust. Can you pls explain
