My heart rate hit 190 while I was lying in bed. An ambulance rushed me to the ER, and it took 8 hours to get my HR under control. This has happened multiple times since developing heart inflammation from the Covid vaccine.

Unless you’ve experienced it, it’s hard to explain the terror of feeling like your heart might give out at any moment.

I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

I’ve been battling chronic heart inflammation and arrhythmias for 4 years. I lost my health, my career, and much of the life I once had from that vaccine.

This definitely happened to me and I have the paper trail proof of following up, including full admission of not reporting. Fill us in. Who gets the penalty payment though, the government? Are “we the injured” to file independently on behalf of the government and get a percentage (15-30%) of the recovery, as a lawyer would? Or, are we simply just giving our case information to lawyers as “whistleblowers” and if the government recovers payment, the lawyers get the percent recovered? Please have a lawyer come on and give us information. I’ve tried to reach out about this before to firms all over and no one responds. Ohio, DC, PA

I was hesitant to reply because of the topic, but I think I can contribute to the conversation. You mentioned that he lives alone and does not have a caretaker. Do you know what he rated his pain on a scale of 1 to 10? If his pain was so severe that he could not care for himself or even use the bathroom, that may explain what happened.

Elderly patients can react very differently to pain meds. A 50 mg tramadol made my grandfather hallucinate when he had back pain. He could tolerate half of a Percocet with zero side effects and was up and moving again while he was waiting on a nerve block.

Did you mention if your dad has liver or kidney disease? That plays a role as well.

For acute pain, half a Percocet is probably safest for some elderly and reasonable if he just needs something to take care of himself until he gets surgery or injections, maybe a week or two. There is no back and forth about whether it works, and him having to drive to the pharmacy several times in pain going through the process of figuring it out. It works and it works fast. It can keep him moving, which is very important.

If he is not an alcoholic or addict, short term use under medical supervision is safe. He most likely would not even be intoxicated with half, so he could drive safely to and from appointments. In my experience, percocet is not a pleasant feeling medication anyway so I never wanted to take it when I absolutely needed it. I hated it even though it worked best, without a doubt.

From a chronic/long term pain patient perspective, accepting some level of pain is better if it means protecting overall health and stability. Tramadol first, then Vicodin if needed… IF you are just considering traditional pain meds in the conversation. But everyone is different, and you really need the full history of the patient to know what will work best for them.

I have experience with a lot of other pain treatments as well. Most recently, IV ketamine at the Cleveland Clinic. I can offer advice to some folks as time allows.

Accountability shouldn’t disappear just because a product is called a vaccine.

Every other manufacturer in America can be sued if their product causes harm.
Why are vaccine makers the only exception?

Background. In 1986 HR 5546 was passed removing all product liability for vaccines. In 2005 the Prep Act was passed that removes product liability for "EUA" vaccines/biologics. Both need to be repealed. The reason HR5546 was passed in 1986 was because vaccine manufacturers were getting sued for vaccine injury and losing the cases. They went to Congress for liability protection. They “threatened” to stop making vaccines.
Instead of pushing for more safety Congress and the pharma companies just made more of them with no adequate safety trials. Since then, the vaccine schedule has more than tripled. A law that removed product liability for medical procedures- vaccines - is quintessential government interference in the free market leading to lower safety and harm. Vaccine makers need to be financially responsible for the products they make. Competition and fear of being sued for safety issues drives safety. There is no other product with this type of protection.
