@RailwaySeva I understand that it is a automated process. The thing is boarding time of Mathura JN is 1:05 AM , at that time midnight it will be difficult for the TTE to assist and it will disturb the co passengers as well. As my parents are senior citizen travelling alone, req to help.

Humble request to @RailwaySeva @drmprayagrajnc @RailMinIndia @WesternRly @drmbct My parents (Father 67, Mother 63) are travelling alone from Mathura to Surat on 10 September by Train No. 22443 CNB BDTS EXP. They have been allotted berths in different coaches.

As they are senior citizens and it is a night journey, I kindly request that, if feasible, they may please be accommodated in the same 3AC coach. This would be a great help for their safety and convenience.
