@doctordaigle @davegerhardt I once had to convince a client to add pricing to their site (think home / small biz builder). They pushed back - everything we do is custom so we can’t. We solved it by using typical price ranges per building type but then pushed the user to request a quote.

@brianne2k I doubt it. It was relatively low cost so most will just chalk it up to "lesson learned." And the number of people affected was low so there isn't much meat on the bone for an attorney to get involved. I think the bad guys will win this one. #popchat
