The Ravens placed CB T.J. Tampa (knee) on Injured Reserve and signed LB Carl Jones from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.

Baltimore also activated T Gerad Lichtenhan (standard elevation) from the practice squad.

Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers on Tuesday agreed to a four-year contract extension with Baltimore worth $140 million, with $108 million guaranteed, according to a source with direct knowledge of the move.

The deal makes him the fourth-highest-paid receiver in the NFL and comes after the team had picked up his fifth-year option in April.
