The Information Management Center (IMC) & Ministry of Agriculture Development (MoAD), with support from FAO SWALIM, have officially released the March–April–May (MAM) 2026 Long Rains Seasonal Climate Outlook following a national co-production process.
IMC team joined the Drought Anticipatory Action (DAA) Model Validation Workshop (27 Jan 2026, Ambassador Hotel) to assess local applicability. IMC contributed to forecasting, early warning, NDVI, CDI & environmental indicators to strengthen drought preparedness in Somaliland.
