Pumasa sa second reading ang Right to Information Bill (HB 9397)!

Ito ang pinagsama-samang bersyon ng 29 panukalang batas, kabilang ang Freedom of Information Bill (HB 7306) na inihain ng Akbayan Reform Bloc.

Layunin nitong pabilisin at linawin ang proseso ng pagkuha ng impormasyon mula sa gobyerno:

✅ Kusang ilalabas ng mga ahensya ang impormasyon tungkol sa mga transaksyong mahalaga sa publiko
✅ Magiging accessible sa publiko ang SALN ng mga opisyal ng gobyerno
✅ Magtatayo ng Right to Information (RTI) Commission na independent, quasi-judicial, at may ngipin para ipatupad ang batas
✅ Sakop rin ang mga private entities na gumagamit ng pondo ng bayan o may pampublikong tungkulin
✅ May proteksyon ang sinumang magsiwalat ng katiwalian o maling gawain
✅ May parusa ang lalabag sa batas at magtatago ng impormasyon

Ipagpatuloy natin ang laban para sa gobyernong tapat at walang itinatago. Like and share para suportahan ang agarang pagpasa ng Right to Information Bill!
