Access is a real problem in some services however with some patients taking 2 hrs each way on public transport to see us in clinics...PMP simply isn't a viable option to them even if they are motivated to attend.

I've always seen virtual as offering more patient choice & bizarrely we're developing virtual offerings at a time when they are now often the only choice!

We have patients who simply can't access our services if they only offer F2F. They won't be for the majority of our patients (I'd estimate) but for some they could be vital.
