(P162297 in particular) What is evident is that the WBG is wasting its money and the money of the unfortunate peoples it is trying to help. The outcome is disastrous: learning poverty + more external debt = an Impoverished future

@jpazvd @UNESCOstat @WBG_Education Learning deprivation is happening in many parts of the world, including those where the WBG is offering help. Why? It is because of incompetence. Incompetent experts further complicate things. I've read many reports and papers by the WBG in this regard.

@DavidMalpassWBG Learning poverty is still very high in many countries although they have benefited from many loans from the WBG. This, I believe, requires some serious re-evaluation and re-examination within the WBG. My personal answer: incompetence is an issue in the WBG-EDUCATION.
