THEY’RE BACK!
Bradley Whitford will be starring with Allison Janney on the third season of “The Diplomat”. He will play the First Gentleman to Janney’s President on the show.
What kind of a malignant narcissist ghoul sees a natural disaster as an opportunity to spread lies and misinformation? And what kind of a morally septic cult of personality posing as political party encourages that? People are hurting, for God’s sake.
Republicans introduced 400+ anti-gay bills in state legislatures around the country in 2023, the highest number in the entire history of the United States.
“Queer icon” Chappell Roan: “both sides are the same”
There is no 'both sides' on LGBTQ+ issues. Donald Trump and J.D. Vance want a government just big enough to fit in our classrooms, our doctor's offices, and our bedrooms. All in an effort to keep us from being our free and authentic queer selves.
We are not going back.
When your career is successful off of the back of the LGBTQ+ community, you don’t get to just sit back and play the ‘both-sides’ game, because that is such a privileged take that many within that community CANNOT AFFORD. Ignorance is bliss and silence speaks louder than words!
Chappell Roan on why she hasn't endorsed Kamala Harris:
"I have so many issues with our government in every way... There are so many things that I would want to change. So I don’t feel pressured to endorse someone. There’s problems on both sides."
If you’re a high profile figure in the LGBTQ+ community, you need to take stand in this election. Both sidesing it when our community is under direct attack from the GOP is an irresponsible cop out.
@musicboxsong@BradleyWhitford A significant proportion of her fan base are members of that community, so how can she just sit back? Her silence speaks volumes and is quite frankly hypocritical when she takes so much inspiration and receives so much support from the LQBTQ+ community
@musicboxsong@BradleyWhitford Maybe so, but is fence-sitting really the right take for such a crucial election, especially when it comes to topics such as LGBTQ+ rights, something that she herself has become such a figurehead of?
