@fredperry I had placed two orders from one month ago through your agency in Saudi Arabia but both have not yet delivered and every time they send me a mail saying we are investigating but no feedback. This agency has many customer issues during the past and they are not supporting at all.

@SABB_eCare منذ اكثر من سنه تم خصم قيمة عمليتين مرفوضتين ولم يتم الا إرجاع عملية واحده فقط بِعد أكثر من ٦ شهور رغم تقديم الاعتراض بكل الطرق
