this week I have a new sequin tutu to wear to celebrate the end of the week. I am asking parents to send the kids in "dress-up" clothes if possible :) I have fun stuff for them to wear too. #vcstlap

During pre-planning, I wore a tutu one day, then a crown another, then a different tutu, every day something different. THe first day of school I dressed in full dragon costume (that's our mascot). Week 2 our story was about a princess, so I wore a crown all week. #Vcstlap

TOday was a rough day for me and the students. I get they haven't been around each other, but I thought they were really ready to learn and today they were not. I had to stop myself in the middle of a lesson and regroup. I saw it as my failure to them.
