I’ll never trust @Lowes again. I ordered the Bespoke refrigerator a year and a half ago. They had a mail-in promo to get multiple extra glass panels as part of purchase. They NEVER sent them. I was very patient. Sent multiple emails to get panels or compensation. Nothing. Frauds
