@officialbabygrl It means nothing that she played Bernie Mac's daughter or Nick Cannon's love interest. Those were the jobs available to her. Doesn't mean she identified with Black women. It means she wanted jobs, access & success. And she got them, then promptly turned her back on our community.
@officialbabygrl You're an actress. You know you take the jobs you're offered/audition for the roles you can get. Especially in the beginning, she wasn't up for Gina Rodriguez or America Ferrera-type roles. She was up for Black women's roles; and to be a "working" actress, she had to take them.
