The AI conversation has split into two camps.

Neither is looking at the obvious thing.

Service businesses….the ones that actually run the economy are priced on a cost structure that's about to be fundamentally different.

Not because of disruption. Because 60% of what humans do inside these businesses is now automatable, and the market multiple hasn't moved yet.

That's not a technology observation…. This is a capital allocation one.

Most businesses trading at 4x EBITDA today will be worth 7x with the same revenue in three years. Not because the market changes. Because the cost structure does.

The owners don't know this yet. That gap doesn't stay open forever.
