The challan is not settled but payment charged and also not reversed yet

I regret getting installed @JioCare please people never do this mistake they take your 2500 and when you are not satisfied since your parents find it difficult to use as it is app based tv. @Airtel_Presence is better in TOS why are you taking long to disconnect. Plz refund 2500/-
