I am facing the same issue for the last 2 days regarding the pickup of my shipment (AWB 2827796492103).

For the past two days, I have been waiting and coordinating with the pickup agent, but despite repeated commitments, the pickup has still not been completed. The agent keeps changing the pickup time and has failed to arrive as promised. I have also faced unnecessary inconvenience by keeping someone available at home for the pickup.

This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Please urgently:
• Investigate the repeated failed pickup attempts
• Arrange the pickup without any further delay
• Take appropriate action regarding the agent’s conduct
• Confirm the exact pickup date and time
• Provide me with a complaint/reference number

I have screenshots and an audio recording of the conversation with the agent as evidence.
