I've actually been starting to feel emotions lately instead of numbing
them with Xanax and alcohol.

I feel really weird. Too much caffeine, Xanax and cigarettes. Little
paranoid and antsy.

I'm still unbelievably depressed and freaking out over where I'm going
in life. I'm getting hooked on Xanax and life is montononous.

thoughts just out of control lately.

each other and don't know what to do.

I can't believe my best buddy at work was fired. Fuck this company,
management is a bunch of lazy fucking imbeciles.

Happy two and a half month sobriety. I would imagine it has done me
some good but I still feel depressed.
