Officer name is RAHMON, he promised to clear a car for me but refused to with so many excuses and have refused to refund my money after even giving him concession for part of what he claim he spent.

I fell victim of a fraudulent activity of one of your officers, he has since promised to return my money after I told him I am engaging a law enforcement after which he promised to give him over a month which ended June ending to repay me.

I have few days to the travel date and I cannot afford to waste such money. I can’t travel ATM due to emergencies. Please resolve

Hello @gtbank_help, attached is declined receipt of a pos transaction. However, I was debited for the same transaction and the POS merchant was not credited. I have hoped for a refund after 24hours but no, 24hours is now over a week to two weeks.
