Why do companies like @Swiggy take their customers for granted?
I ordered a meal and an item was missing (a pepsi) not a big deal right?
For me it was, my meal was incomplete without that and what their representative came up to help me a 50₹ coupon with 1 week validity.

They not only lost a customer, I’m gonna cancel all the memberships in my family and hopefully people will also see through how they treat their customers. I can’t imagine how they take care of normal customers without membership.
