Booked a flight on @Cleartrip with the ₹699 date-change add-on (plus fare difference). Now I'm being asked to pay penalty, airline charges, fare difference & more. It's actually cheaper to cancel and book a new ticket! What's the point of the add-on? Pathetic experience.
