@airvistara You can’t assist now as my there was death happened in my family and I was travelling to reach at time, since I lost connecting flight due to your Hyd to Mumbai flight reach 1:45 hrs and now I have to spend 6 hours at airport just roaming around with my family.

@airvistara what rubbish experience you are providing to gold and platinum members. I am unable to upgrade using my voucher by calling customer service support, but on the other hand you are able to upgrade one class by paying additional amount. Not expected such a cheaptreatment
