CMD of M/s Shubham HP Security Forces Pvt Ltd. has been arrested today u/s 69(1) of CGST Act & remanded to 14 days custody for GST default of Rs 6 cr which has been collected but not paid. Assesse has suppressed income to the tune of Rs. 39.9 Cr in GSTR. @cbic @cgstmumbaizone

The mastermind behind the fraudulent availment of ITC on behalf of M/s E Shoppe, falling under the jurisdiction of CGST & C.Ex,Raigad has been arrested on 02.03.2021 under Section 69(1) of the CGST Act, 2017 and remanded 14 days judicial custody. @cbic_india @cgstmumbaizone
