Why Xbox makes more sense for gamers in Africa.

1) Xbox customer care, cares!
2) Purchasing games on store is easy.
3) Microsoft points on Xbox.
4) Xbox refund program works well.
5) Disk to digital program.

Why do console gamers pay for pc gamepass in all tiers of Xbox game pass i.e essentials, premium and ultimate. What if I never play on pc? Why don't we simply get a console only version for all these tiers, that should surely push the cost even much lower.
