今午於上水中心外天橋，有防暴警員衝向一市民並用警棍襲擊其頭部，遇襲男子在沒反抗下再被另一警員用胡椒噴霧射向頭部，男子隨即掩頭並蹲下自保

其後警方築起防線，又以胡椒噴霧指向記者及路過市民，威嚇在場人士遠離，現場有人說該男子沒做錯事，指警員是非法襲擊
