I have loved #StrictlyComeDancing this year. I am so impressed with all of the finalists, but voted for Layton and Nikita. I have looked forward to them dancing each week. What an amazing partnership.
My Immi Week treat today was reading this book. From start to finish. Highly recommended, though the format is slightly odd as it is written as tv scripts. Didn't take long to get used to it though.
@millymarch I have the same with AC. I can almost recite Evil Under The Sun by heart, it's the one I find easiest to sleep to. Sleeping Murder is a bad one, about 30 mins in (time probably wrong) someone screams loudly. Not fun. I've never listened to HP, maybe I will try it though.
@millymarch Interesting. I often listen to an Agatha Christie radio drama or some other crime drama from BBC Sounds. I have often awoken to something quite random that was on the play next list. Don't think I've ever dreamt about it though.
I'm 30 but the only way I'll eat the apple I take to work everyday, is if I chop it up into 8 pieces. I will take a whole apple with good intentions and then ignore it.
@millymarch What a difference a year makes! So happy you're happy π I keep advising all those who I used to work with to move jobs, everyone who has is thriving! Life is too short for jobs you hate x
I have had two busy weekends in a row and a busy week, so tomorrow my plan is to watch Murder She Wrote from 9am to 9pm. I will do various chores whilst this happens but will not be away for more than an advert break. Sounds like a wonderful day!
Just been on my first pre morning walk for at least a year, probably more like 18 months. Crisp, sunny, gorgeous. I, on the other hand, realised just how unfit I am. If it is still sunny tomorrow I will do another one.
It's Saturday, which means Murder She Wrote is on 5USA all day! Which makes me a happy bunny. Looking forward to watching Jessica solve murders whilst doing small jobs. Also, not to brag, but did an hours walk along the beach this morning π
Did my final day at Whale Island today, officially work elsewhere from Monday. Hasn't quite sunk in yet, I loved the people I worked with, I loved the location, I mean how could you hate working somewhere with this view from the window.
bustle of my house. Have been home each day for various reasons, and my sister came to have breakfast both days but still felt a bit lonely. Haven't got as much done as I wanted either, but have put that down to being sad. Have had lots of dog cuddles, so that's been good.
I've had a weird weekend. I'm petsitting for my friend, (2 dogs, a cat, a tortoise, some fish). Have been a bit sad all weekend and couldn't really work out why, then realised that I'm about to start my period! Explains everything. Still, I have missed the noise and
