Does anyone have a direct contact for @HiltonHotels or @Hilton?
Both their social team and the hotel's Manager have been absolutely unhelpful. Anytime I try to call in I keep getting directed to someone else who says they'll update a "case" and nothing happens.
@Hilton You've responded to me plenty of times already.
I've asked for assistance plenty of times already.
You keep replying with the same information over and over again, and nothing gets done.
"The hotel management will help you"... they don't.
What will be different this time?
Again, I'm not looking for a full refund, as I'm not entitled to one, as the overall stays were fine, but I'm looking for appropriate compensation.
Two extra Ubers + tip, no free breakfast on the first morning, and a "premium" rate for non "premium" service.

Very annoyed with @HiltonHotels and @Hilton right now. A 🧵.
Booked a 2-night stay at Hampton Inn Philadelphia through the Hilton app. Chose a "premium" (drinks and snacks in the room, and free breakfast) king room, as the only other option was a queen room.

I didn't want a full refund. The overall stays were pleasant, and the staff were very friendly.
I was told that their management team would contact me before check-out, and that never happened.
All I was offered was a few Hilton Honors points.

@Hilton - I'm upset and annoyed at the experience I've had so far in one night. Should I DM you with information, and what information would you need? Looking to get this resolved as soon as possible.
