We believe anon, while making appearances onchain has not been done respectfully, or to it's fullest potential. The reason is the lack of content and memes. Anon should be a community drive, given the right tools. It should be a PFP cult, with infinitely more memes. We’re making that happen using the base of technology available today which makes image generation easier than ever. We make it easy by embedding generations into our own site, funded by creator fees.

The benefits of this is a central repository of anon memes, indexed and searchable. The community will be a platform to share memes.

Today, an update will be pushed to change the mechanics of login, profiles and voting, in preparation for the next tournament.

Moving forward X will be the login method to make memes and vote, and linking wallet will be necessary to participate in tournaments.

anon lore predates the origins of internet communities. anonymous posters on 4chan used the green suited man as a default pfp to discuss a range of topics dating back to 2006.

2. meme generator and the dev

the meme generator is simply the best ive ever seen and used around a meme community. simply prompt and create custom anon memes. we see in real time the creativity of the community being unleashed on the website with almost 6000 memes being created in < 5 days.

the dev continues to push updates on the website, most recently meme tournaments rewarding the most creative memes with prizes. the dev has a track record of building communities on solana. most notably UFD (400m ATH) and bucky (50m ATH). This is their 3rd project and potentially their most important endeavor on Solana.

3. state of the market

most participants rn are burnt from “trenching”, staring at new pairs all day in an attempt to scalp quick gains. people yearn for the glory days, when communities can come together and work their bags over a longer time horizon and win together. anon creates an environment for shared believers to create memes and grow the pie. i believe we are very early to a pepe/troll style run for anon, where the memes will proliferate exponentially and participants unite around being an internet anon.
