@tom_mckinney@BBCRadio3 Heard my 1st cuckoo on 18 March whilst on a trail run in perfect cuckoo territory - Sussex and Kent borders, and again a week later, so I wasn't going mad! A wonderful start to the day. (A swallow last week too!)
After hearing from @PetrocTrelawny about the health benefits of coffee on @BBCRadio3, I read the article in @guardian “morning coffee drinkers were 16% less likely to die of any cause". Yep! Coffee makes you IMMORTAL!
Did @MannGeorgia REALLY give the happy news that @BBCRadio3 this morning was a bulletin free zone? And fun times, all the pieces so far have been ones I've played or sung in - loving the selection so far! (altho now hit a snag in that I'm a cellist, not violinist!)
What wonderful news on @BBCRadio3 just now to hear that the fabulous composer @ErrollynWallen has been made Master of the King's Music. I am honoured to know this incredible and talented composer and call her, dare I say it, a friend!
Joyous news for a change.
@nedboulting I can't wait for @nedboulting and @millarmind - some of the best commentators, esp since this was the year hubby and I were supposed to be FINALLY following it in person on the bike until he suffered a massive stroke 😩@itvcycling awesome coverage it is!
Today for #InternationalWomensDay2024 I am inviting ALL MPs and my local MP @GregClarkMP to do something truly transformative for women and vote to decriminalise abortion. @WEP_UK

Gahhh, it's the Trout on @BBCRadio3 with @MannGeorgia and my washing machine has JUST joined in with its end cycle tune, almost in the same key, but *not quite*!
Loving @BBCRadio3 and @tom_mckinney today. I'm sure it's way at the top, but for the playlister challenge, the glorious and moving Ode on the Death of Mr Henry Purcell, by John Blow - may've missed it as I'm currently baking banana loaf!
