@cz_binance @DefiStalker What are some of the biggest support issues? Password resets? Fraud Issues? Chargeback issues? The answer is to help contact centre staff by directing the user back to the app, where it’s safe and secure. It’s all done via a decide ID via a black box. No PI info needed.

@raysutanto @cz_binance It doesn’t have to be manual. That’s what I’m saying. I’ve been in this line of work for years. Working with the likes of GBG, Transunion and iovation. There is a way these checks can be done more or less instantly. Doesn’t need to be manual at all. Do some research :)

@raysutanto @cz_binance Absolutely. But still, who on earth wants to wait 24 hours for a KYC/AML check regardless? I don’t. I’d choose another platform. So it’s more complicated than calling people “laggards” when a full check can be done under 100 ms.

All these people trying to force #XRP “to the moon” by this buy and HODL that took place today... just be patient. We need regulatory clarity on our side, not silly “strategies” to pump it. Ideas like this just doesn’t help at all.
