I have something to say about the garlic press. Itβs inefficient, wasteful and a ballache to clean up. Creates more mess and trouble than it saves under the guise of being quicker and easier. Itβs duplicitous and itβs been getting away with it for too long.

The workshop, 'The performer and their body', looked at basic health and fitness with practical and creative applications. Led by James Fogerty, our actors were treated to healthy dose of breakdancing!
