This will be an opportunity to bid farewell to Imogen, wish her on her way, and see her one last time.

@jdhelpteam I’m really disappointed. I purchased 5 tracksuits for children who live in care homes on 16/12 and paid for next day delivery. I spoke to someone yesterday because they had not turned up. Someone promised to chase it and email me this morning. I’ve received nothing.

@shiftukorg I loved this pointer from @NanaBon1975. As ‘professional practitioners’ we rob people of agency by deciding for them what we think we they need and even when we are well meaning we are so often wrong. Our incorrect narratives are defined by our own stuff and confirmation bias.
