@stoiccpath My case is actually unique. Major stress induced water retention. The leaner I get, the more the water weight compounds. So I've gotta gain more fat to look shredded again.
@Kxngstn_ Some downsides are that it's harder to fill out the frame & there's a leverage disadvantage requiring more force to move a weight than a person with shorter limbs.
dude you were a smart kid. It's hard for me to panic as much now so I'm truly not sure how well it would work. But I remember panicking the most specifically about the concept that there's nothing outside of the somethingness & that it's the only somethingness that can, will be & has always been. That there's no escape & no concept of time to define its end. infinite dwelling. I think what would make me panic less is if I had less autonomy tho. I think I'd need to be as dumb & content as a deer or smth lmao. Completely unaware of my low mental capability & my inescapable destiny. damn even as I type this I feel the dread lol
I genuinely believe that's just a sign your mind is working properly. There are too many unnatural & inflexible structures we're forced into. We're conditioned to fully accept & comply with narratives created from & for past times. Our nervous systems are always the first to notice the increasing incongruence.
Now that is a interesting concept. It would make me want to treat life as more of a well structured story. One with a design of a highly addictive loop. Maybe treat everyday as its an actual separate episode with its own unique nature. Damn ima think about this more this is pretty interesting

Tried alternate day fasting a couple of years ago because of how many advocates there were & that's when I knew that we were not meant to fast for that long on a consistent basis lmao. Not even after averaging calories to healthy numbers. Many important strength & health markers I had went down for me. Maybe because I was already 15% body-fat & healthy but it felt like one of those situations where just because we can doesn't mean we should. I think the only people that could get away with extreme fasts & be healthier are outliers tbh. I could be wrong though. Far from a scientist lmao.
