My madam at the office did her owambe a few weeks ago.

She sold aso ebi for ₦15,000, transport fare to her village was ₦10,000, and we also contributed money for the celebration.

I didn't attend, so I simply sent her ₦100,000.

When she resumed work, she brought a special package for me and personally thanked me.

After she left the office, my colleagues who attended started complaining.

They said they travelled all the way to the village, bought aso ebi, paid transport fare, and still didn't get enough food to eat.

According to them, all they got was a bucket as a souvenir and a broadcast appreciation message🤭
