@IREMBRIGHT Owerri was good until 29th of May. Whatever you see on your visit is as a result of the present Governor that has refused to maintain existing infrastructure as was the culture in the past. If you want to judge Rochas do so based on the state of things before May 29th, 2019.

No Governor worked half as much as he did in all sectors and the roads are bad now because the new Governor is destroying them
