@virginmedia Are you able to advise how I'm actually able to speak to someone? Every option via phone ends up at "see how it is after 24 hours then we'll book a technician". I've already had them out to fix and look at it and it's still not working

@octopus_energy Hi, I had a smart meter installed a couple of weeks back and it's still not connected to the gas supply. I emailed last week but not really heard back (response I did get wasn't very useful...). Anyone help out? Would this stop me changing to Octopus GO?
