This afternoon in PMQs, @JohnSlinger stressed the importance of music education and asked the Prime Minister to invest in music and creatives subjects so that they are accessible for all children.

@ruthbratt Hi! I am in Finsbury Park and I have an antique chest of drawers that I don't think will fit into a flat we are moving into around November. Drop me a DM if you want?
@seanbeegee Not scientific but I thought this about 5 years ago reading Normal People - for me I felt done being asked to sympathise with characters who were insecure about how they looked, when that look was "like every cool and fashionable woman looks".
I met David through an ex-boyfriend, though we quickly discovered lots of mutual friends and interests. I'd long since accepted it was unlikely we'd see each other again; knowing it to be so, and in these circumstances, is really something, huh.
At David's 30th he had three tiers of cheese instead of a cake. When he was told there were 5 minutes left of karaoke he led the whole party in a rendition of Do You Hear The People Sing. They then told him there was time for one more song. "Shall we just do that again?"
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our colleague, David Knowles.
David was a talented journalist and a much-loved friend and a colleague. He will be greatly missed.
this isn't just him btw I think this every time I see an elite athlete with lots of tattoos. "how did they not go stir crazy in the weeks where they weren't allowed to exercise?"
Everyone keeps saying how impressive it is that Adam Peaty fought his way back to elite Olympian status after mental illness but honestly I think it's a way bigger deal to do so given he has to skip weeks of training after every single one of his tattoos
Since actually watching the bear I have been DYING for the "is it a comedy" debate to resurge, simply so I can make the excellent argument of: The Faks.
@Charlie_Beckett Could never be the end Charlie, you've done so much to raise the profile of rugby outside of men's prem and internationals, both the women's game and the champ. Enjoy the breather!

I'd like to plead my case for this, if only to alleviate the embarrassment I still feel from when Andy showed me one of the proofs, I said, "for me?" like a book gremlin, and he replied, obviously not they are for the booksellers I've just told you I'm on my way to meet
