We are also keeping the injured officer in our prayers as they recover in the hospital.

With hearts for service and a shovel in hand, IMPD Officers Taylor and Sy helped a citizen after she was snowed in and her caregiver couldn’t reach her.

They cleared her driveway and restored access - a moment filled with gratitude and compassion. 💙

IMPD Detective Gives a Hoot - Rescues Injured Owl 🦉

On his way to court, Detective Rossman spotted an injured owl on the interstate. He and Officer Tillison rescued the little guy and got him safely to Paws, Wings & Other Things Wildlife Rescue. 💙
