कान का इलाज कराने गयी थी, अस्पताल की लापरवाही से हाथ कटवाना पड़ा, शादी भी टूटी गई।

बिहार के शिवहर की 20 साल की रेखा पटना के महावीर आरोग्य संस्थान पहुंची। कान में दर्द था, छोटी सर्जरी होनी थी। लेकिन लापरवाही से गलत इंजेक्शन लग गया।

हाथ का रंग हरा पड़ने लगा, दर्द बढ़ता गया। डॉक्टरों ने पहले ध्यान नहीं दिया। कई अस्पताल घूमे – आखिरकार मेदांता में कोहनी के ऊपर से हाथ काटना पड़ा, सिर्फ जान बचाने के लिए।

शादी भी टूट गई। और रेखा का यह भी कहना है - कि पुलिस ने FIR तक नहीं लिखी।

#Horrific A horrifying incident has emerged from Begusarai, Bihar, exposing a chilling failure of justice and human dignity.

A poor woman was raped, but when she approached the police seeking justice, her FIR was reportedly not registered and she was sent back without action.

What followed was even more barbaric.

The accused allegedly convened a Kangaroo court (Khaap panchayat), where the survivor was publicly humiliated and forced to lick spit in front of a crowd.

This is not just an assault on one woman, it is a stark reminder of how survivors of sexual violence can face intimidation, public humiliation and systemic failure instead of justice.

How many of you know this untold story?

1During the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, Vishnu Dattaram Zende was on duty in the announcer’s cabin at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST).

2Upon hearing a loud noise and gunfire, he realized that two terrorists had entered the station and were firing indiscriminately.

3At that time, local trains were arriving at the platforms, and he immediately understood that hundreds of passengers were walking straight into the terrorists’ trap.

4Even though he had the chance to flee and hide, he bravely decided to use the station-wide microphone.

5He repeatedly issued warnings in Hindi and Marathi, telling people not to come towards the main hall and to leave through the rear exits instead.

6Hearing those announcements, hundreds of passengers changed their route and escaped with their lives from the terrorists’ bullets.

7The terrorists figured out where the announcements were coming from, came under his cabin, and opened fire with their guns.

8Without any weapon or protection, armed only with a microphone, he risked his life and stayed at his post.

9Even amid the terrorists’ gunfire, he briefly took cover and then returned to the microphone to continue trying to save the passengers.

10While the names of the gun-wielding killers remain in history, the silent warrior Vishnu Zende, who saved mute, helpless passengers with his voice, also deserves to be remembered.

11A few other announcers (for example, Babloo Kumar Deepak on the main-line side) also issued warnings. Zende played the primary role on the suburban section.

1. 26/11 ముంబై దాడి సమయంలో ఛత్రపతి శివాజీ టెర్మినస్ (CST) లోని అనౌన్సర్‌ క్యాబిన్‌లో విష్ణు దత్తారామ్ జెండే డ్యూటీలో ఉన్నారు.

2. పెద్ద శబ్దం, తుపాకీ కాల్పులు వినిపించడంతో, ఇద్దరు ఉగ్రవాదులు స్టేషన్‌లోకి చొరబడి విచక్షణారహితంగా కాల్పులు జరుపుతున్నట్లు ఆయన గుర్తించారు.

3. అప్పుడు లోకల్ రైళ్లు ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లకు వస్తుండటంతో, వందలాది మంది ప్రయాణీకులు నేరుగా ఉగ్రవాదుల గుప్పిట్లోకి వస్తున్నారని ఆయన వెంటనే గ్రహించారు.

4. అక్కడి నుండి పారిపోయి తలదాచుకునే అవకాశం ఉన్నప్పటికీ, స్టేషన్ అంతటా వినిపించే మైక్రోఫోన్‌ను ఉపయోగించాలని ఆయన ధైర్యంగా నిర్ణయించుకున్నారు.

5. ప్రధాన హాల్ వైపు రావొద్దని, వెనుక ఉన్న దారుల గుండా బయటకు వెళ్లిపోవాలని ఆయన హిందీ, మరాఠీ భాషల్లో పదే పదే హెచ్చరికలు జారీ చేశారు.

6. ఆ అనౌన్స్‌మెంట్స్ విని వందలాది మంది ప్రయాణీకులు తమ దారి మార్చుకుని ఉగ్రవాదుల తూటాల నుండి ప్రాణాలతో బయటపడ్డారు.

7. అనౌన్స్‌మెంట్లు ఎక్కడి నుండి వస్తున్నాయో పసిగట్టిన ఉగ్రవాదులు, ఆయన క్యాబిన్ కిందకు వచ్చి తుపాకీతో కాల్పులు జరిపారు.

8. ఎలాంటి ఆయుధం, రక్షణ లేకుండా కేవలం ఒక మైక్‌తో ప్రాణాలకు తెగించి తన పోస్టులోనే ఉండిపోయారు.

9. ఉగ్రవాదుల కాల్పుల మధ్య కూడా కొద్దిసేపు తలదాచుకుని, మళ్లీ మైక్ ముందుకు వచ్చి ప్రయాణికులను కాపాడే ప్రయత్నం కొనసాగించారు.

10. తుపాకులు పట్టుకున్న హంతకుల పేర్లు చరిత్రలో నిలిచిపోతే, తన గొంతుతో మూగజీవుల్లాంటి ప్రయాణికులను కాపాడిన ఆ మౌనయోధుడు విష్ణు జెండే.

11. మరికొందరు అనౌన్సర్‌లు (ఉదా: బబ్లూ కుమార్ దీపక్ మెయిన్ లైన్ వైపు) కూడా హెచ్చరికలు ఇచ్చారు. జెండే సబర్బన్ సెక్షన్‌లో ప్రధాన పాత్ర పోషించారు.
