Dear @narendramodi sir @PMOIndia I have raised this complaint around 4 years ago but still there is no resolution. Mr. Omprakash Vyas is a 76 year old senior citizen and has been waiting for resolution on his issue since 2012.

1. Revision of Tax Slabs: A review and adjustment of the current tax slabs to more accurately reflect the economic realities and to ensure a fair and equitable tax system for all income groups.

The current limit of ₹1.5 lakh under Section 80C, which includes investments in various savings schemes, insurance premiums, and other specified expenses, is insufficient in providing substantial relief to the taxpayers given the present economic conditions.

As you are aware, the existing tax slabs and the limits for deductions under Section 80C were established several years ago. Since then, inflation and the cost of living have significantly increased, placing a greater financial burden on taxpayers.
