I'm so much disappointed by the mediocre work done my the agent working for @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

I need a quick reaolution and a STB to watch TV, or else I'll be terminating the connection in a month

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There was no proper response, I later reeached the agent, but he cheated me only with the Wifi connection and not the STB. He said I can't upgrade for 1 month as the pack is already active it seems. My order ID: 2DG8NHDJHC

I reached an @Airtel_Presence agent to provide me a Airtel Fiber Wifi + Digital TV connection as I was diappointed with Jio Fiber service today evening. I payed 2500₹ for the comnection and installation was done in 2 hours, I asked the person on when will I get the STB?

My order with Bluedart tracking no. 77613342170 was is undelivered for the past 5 days daily stating some idioic reason by the delivery person. The delivery person dint attempt to deliver my order and I'm at available at home for the past 5 days.

@zeptocares Totally upleasant service, uninstalling Zepto and would also recommend my friends, family and relatives to uninstall this and look for alternate apps.

It was 10 minutes before a year, now it takes more than 60 minutes

A clear example between order placed and order arrived.

I placed an order and it was cancelled, stating to place alternate order, due to missing items, once alternative order has been placed once again it is getting cancelled stating, restaurant is closed.

Every month there is a network connectivity issue and they take 4 days to resolve it.
May be they don't have techinicians or engineers to work swiftly.

@JioCare One of the Worst Customer Service Ever. Raised a issue ticket,as my internet is not working today, getting a slot on Nov 7, until then I need to be without internet.

This is so frustrating and annoying. I'll kt be able to watch The India vs South Africa match tomm.
