The IRCTC website is completely broken.

Every day at 10 AM for tatkal, millions get an error message saying "high load, please retry". When the site finally works at 10:07 AM, all the tickets are sold out.

This definitely reeks of corruption. It was not like this even 2 years ago.

I am trying to book a 1-month unreserved season ticket, but I am repeatedly getting a "Payment status pending" error after the money is deducted from my account. This is the 2nd time I have faced this issue.

@RailwaySeva @amofficialCRIS I tried to book the season ticket again, still got the same issue. Payment was deducted from my bank account, but the unreserved season ticket was not booked. This is 3rd time happened to me. I think it's time to switch from the digital era to paper tickets.
