🔴 ON-CAMERA ADMISSIONS & EVIDENCE (20-AUG-2026):

1. POCKET FUNDING TO SAVE JOBS: Agency representative Jayanta Mahanti admitted on CCTV that recovery personnel inject money into borrower accounts from their OWN POCKETS to meet agency targets, arguing: "What is wrong if we fund the account?"

2. UNLICENSED RECOVERY AGENTS: SBI Card ID holder Purnendu Khatua confessed on camera with folded hands that he DOES NOT possess mandatory IIBF DRA certification (Gross violation of RBI Master Directions).

3. SYSTEMIC NPA MANIPULATION: Agents claimed on camera that "SBI Card takes 6 to 7 months for NPA, not 90 days"—artificially suppressing statutory NPA classification to inflate penal interest charges.

🔴 COVER-UP & IT SUPPRESSION:
- Following the 04-July fraud, this 26-August silent funding was injected without borrower consent.

- SBI Card sent a defective transaction SMS deliberately omitting the credited amount.

- Official SBI Card WhatsApp service bot was blocked to prevent ledger auditing.

- Official WhatsApp legal notices sent to agents were met with absolute silence.
