The iii! The International Institute of Improvisation, is a major new project from @improbable1 to connect, shape and support the future of improvisation.
The On Keith miniseries team released their interview with @openspacer yesterday, in which Phelim talks about working with and being influenced by the impro pioneer Keith Johnstone.

Disappointing news today: we will be postponing the iii! Summer Academy - we're currently in discussions with our partners @MiddlesexUni to find new dates for the Academy later this year. We're not accepting any new applications for the moment, but watch this space!
Our ADs @lee_simpson1971 and @openspacer have taken impro from scrappy rooms above pubs to grand operatic stages. The iii! Summer Academy is your chance to learn everything they know about the art of making it up as you go along. Find our more and apply: https://t.co/FkPmtRUWxE
We have a new project - and it's a biggie! In June we'll be running the first ever iii! Summer Academy - three weeks of #improvisation workshops and research led by @lee_simpson1971 and @openspacer themselves. https://t.co/5LIoBGUw5u
"[In improv] you have a duty to accept, attempt to understand and interact with a divergence of opinions. Monocultures are fragile. Core to the morality of improvisation for me is the idea of liveness, of openness and acceptance of new stimuli." @julesmunns, provoked by #GII2019.
@mcalister_rory@theatreartsmdx@Behance Amazing stuff, huge thanks Rory for coordinating these!! I'll pop it up onto the GII Facebook page as well - Jeremy
This weekends #ThroughTheDoor was a total thrill with @stellduffy being magnificent with heroes&villains, fears&strengths in one room and @mollfrith & @murdochalex brilliantly leading tai chi and long-form #Impro in the other - 😊 #ClerkinWorks@improbable1@The_Globe
Join @improbable1 Associate Artists and expert improvisers @murdochalex and Guy Dartnell for a 4-day #improvisation workshop, 25 - 28 July! Focusing on stage impro, this crash course will help you cultivate your emotional openness and physical awareness.

#improv can be a great way to help manage #anxiety & look after your #MentalHealth but I'm often reluctant to recommend it to people in the UK. It all depends on facilitator & culture of the group. Some of them can be damaging & I don't trust many. #impro

This afternoon I led a session with an absolutely brilliant group of nb and women improvisers finding story in Mozart with a bit of Bjork to start....they flew with this. Gorgeous afternoon of #ThroughTheDoor thank you @AngelaClerkin @mollfrith @improbable1@The_Globe
On my way back to #Nottingham after day 1 of my #improvisation course with Clerkinworks supported by @improbable1 & @The_Globe! Tried out an excercise that would be so useful for increasing diverse voices in #improv & met some great people! #impro
After a few days at #gii2019, I have a feeling I'm going to be saying no in more #improv scenes as a protest against the "teachers" who don't understand yes and well enough to teach it. It's dangerous and newer Improvisers need to see the rest of us breaking the false "rules".
Just had the best time at the #GII2019 with the global impro/v tribe, proper inspiring sessions esp from Dan O'Connor, Patti Stiles and of course @openspacer, and a lush Maestro... a shot in the arm for improvisation nerds. Love to those still at the @DandDUK today x
