@virginmedia Sorry but I’m more concerned about the major outrage at present - the ‘estimated fix by’ keeps changing on your website and I’ve signed up for alerts since last night, and not had one update/alert as to what’s actually happened.

@virginmedia They are just ongoing issues with low speed cropping up regularly. I’d get it if I was on a cheap contract but it’s a lot of money. I’ve had a router changed before.

@virginmedia Thanks - I realise this but overall things just haven’t been great for a long time. Numerous mini outtages, lag on tv shows, gaming etc. Good luck but I do think it’s time to move given the super high fees (and really hard to work with support). Good luck folks.
