Hi @MBTA @MBTA_CR it’s now been more than 2 years since a ceiling piece at Forest Hills CR platform fell and nearly hit me. Continues to decay, leaks are rampant, nearly impassable at times. When will it all get fixed?

@MBTA_CR Ongoing Ice and rain waterfall problems at Forest Hills commuter rail station because you haven’t fixed the problems with water intrusion there. It’s nearly impossible to walk down the platform without getting wet from all the dripping.

But… @MBTA @MBTA_CR the Commuter Rail is supposed to be a substitute for OL maintenance this weekend. Doesn’t work so well when you cancel CR trains! @MayorWu @transitmatters

@MBTA Great progress. Question, why do some of the new OL trains make big crashing sounds coming from underneath — it is as if they are hitting massive things on the tracks, that can’t be it. Loud clanks and clunks…

@MBTA the audio alerts in Orange Line car 1423 are completely garbled. Needs addressing.

@mbta no audio notifications (automatic or manual). Good thing I know where I am going, bc the technology and operators are leaving “stare out the window” as the only passenger navigation method. You should radio the engineer and have them announce stations until this is fixed.

Hi @MBTA - the Commuter rail platform at Forest Hills needs janitorial/sanitation. They haven’t walked the platform in at least 4-5 days based on how long this trash has been on the platform. Thank you.
