I didn’t start here.
I started and could only accomplish 200 steps…
In a controlled environment…
With support, supervision, and limits.
Every step felt heavy.
Every movement demanded focus.
Every session tested not just my body… but my will.
There were days the progress felt slow.
Days the fatigue hit hard.
Days where I broke down and cried…in front of everyone
Days where the question wasn’t “how far can I go?”
…but “can I keep going?”
And I did.
Step by step.
Session by session.
No shortcuts. No hype. Just work.

🔥 April 7, 2026, I crossed 1,001 steps.
Not by accident.
Not by luck.
But by discipline, persistence, and faith.
This wasn’t just walking…
This was:
•Fighting fatigue
•Managing pain
•Rebuilding strength
•Trusting the process
•And showing up when it would’ve been easier not to

💡 What 1,001 Really Means
It’s more than a number.
It’s proof that:
•Progress compounds
•Limits can move
•The body can adapt
•And the mind can lead the way

🚀 Personal Unit Training
This is where it gets real.
No more just the institutional setting…
Now it’s about ownership.
Consistency.
Accountability.
Can I safely execute at home.
Because the goal was never just to walk in therapy…
👉 It’s freedom in real life.

🎥 And I’m documenting it all…
This journey isn’t just for me.
It’s for:
•Anyone fighting through recovery
•Anyone rebuilding from setbacks
•Anyone who needs to SEE that progress is possible
👉 The full journey is being told in real time.

🧠 Final Word
“I didn’t just take 1,001 steps…
I became the man who could.”
And I’m not done.

This was one of the more poignant moments I've ever seen in sports as Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau reflect on Anthony Kim's comeback. "Going from the lowest of lows, almost moving away from this earth and then coming back. Its an inspiring story."
Think about this.
LIV signed:
Dustin Johnson
Jon Rahm
Cam Smith
Pat Reed
Brooks Koepka
Bryson DeChambeau
Joaquin Neimann
And yet the internet never once has talked about LIV like today.
14 years later, Anthony Kim is still the needle. Amazing.
Young Anthony Kim, a lifetime ago, with Tiger Woods:
“Tiger hits sand wedge 118. I don't. Sometimes it goes 100 yards when I hit it full, sometimes it goes 125. It just depends on the day, I try to figure that out right before I go out on the course.”

Rod Stewart with Ronnie Wood performing "Maggie May" live Unplugged (1993)
Rod and Ronnie are true buddies. All the good music they have made themselves and with other musicians and they are still together.
Happy birthday to Stevie Ray Vaughan, born on this day in 1954!
A Texas blues-rock titan whose love for music, sparked by his brother Jimmie’s guitar at age seven, fueled his fiery, soulful Stratocaster riffs.
Reviving electric blues with albums like Texas Flood (1983) and hits like “Pride and Joy,” his raw virtuosity and emotional depth influenced Eric Clapton and Gary Clark Jr., cementing his legend as a modern blues icon.
