@JioCare Why is my AirFiber refund incomplete? Order NO0001D2N410 was cancelled. Paid ₹3332.46 in total, but only received a partial refund of ₹2132.46. The ₹1200 relocation charge is still pending. Please look into this and resolve it. @reliancejio

5.1 Mbps on 5G & 4.7 on 4G. Really?

These are your speed in Pune. Do you really think that the price hike in the plans is justified. 349 per month for this speed? 5G & 4G are almost the same and both sucks. Pls resolve this issue asap.

@JioCare If this is the definition of seamless data according to Jio then better I switch my primary number to Airtel. They charge 20% more but they don't bother us like your network. Also the issue is not only in my area, I have faced this issue in multiple locations in Pune.

@JioCare I'm using 5G device for more than a year and its updated & all the settings are correct except your network. I'm using Airtel's network to raise concern for Jio. So instead of telling me how to use 5G in a device better upgrade your network and give real seamless data.

@JioCare I was getting more than 400 Mbps speed until August and now you are saying limited 5G coverage? What does that mean? Jio has removed the towers from this area? I've already mentioned that earlier I had no issues with your network but from last 2 weeks I'm facing issues frequently
